A vendor Mega thread was created by well known /d/DarkNetMarkets Moderator Samwhiskey about the recent disappearance of drugs vendor Superwave with many buyers reporting missing packages he also noted news of a potential bust that he claimed was possibly linked to the vendors absence.

Dark Matter has since revoked the FE status of the vendor and issued a warning that they are not replying to staff inquiry yet still logging in, this may imply Law enforcement are in control of the account and are collecting information in real time.

Vendor /u/TedKaczyWW reported to have been contacted by the vendor offering to sell his account for 200k:

In the opinion of TedKaczyWW it is likely an exit scam:

“Honestly, I don’t believe the authorities would do something like that. If I had to draw a conclusion without ever having dealt with Superwave, it’s an exit scam, with the intention of maximizing their exit by stealing from the sellers too.

This bust was covered by local news agencies with no specific description of how the stash house was identified.

“Many narcotics, guns and currency were seized following an investigation that began when a Santa Clara business received a “suspicious package,” the city’s police department said Wednesday.

According to authorities, a local business in Santa Clara reported receiving a “suspicious package” in January. The package, officials report, contained illegal narcotics.

The police department noted that the business was not involved in illegal narcotics and is not suspected of any criminal wrongdoing.

Over the following months, detectives developed several leads which, by July, identified multiple suspects believed to be operating a large-scale Dark Web drug trafficking organization, the police department said.

According to authorities, multiple arrests and search warrants were executed across several states during the week of Oct. 26. Police said the takedown of a primary stash house and two additional locations in San Jose resulted on the seizure of:

  • Four handguns
  • Cryptocurrency and U.S. currency
  • Over 500,000 counterfeit Adderall pills
  • Over 100,000 counterfeit Xanax pills (suspected to contain fentanyl)
  • Approximately 12 kilograms of MDMA pills and “moon rock” (ecstasy)
  • 1.6 kilograms of cocaine
  • 1.4 kilograms of crystal Ketamine

Authorities add they collaborated with partner agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).”
